Sale conditions
Apartments can be occupied only by the number of people listed for each type, including children. Apartments must be left cleaned and in proper order.
Pet animals are accepted only if small, after informing the Management; access not allowed in public areas (Reception - Bar - Pool - Gardens).
Arrivals (after 03 pm ) and departures (before 10 am) on Saturday.
The deposit must be received within 20 days from booking confirmation.
In case of cancellations up to 30 days from arrival the deposit will be fully refunded.
For cancellations up to 15 days from arrival the deposit will be refunded 80 %.
After the deposit will be not refunded.
Discounts will be not applied for early departures or late arrival.
