Dear guest, here you can find the measures and behaviors to respect in order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus inside the Residence.These are small attentions, simple daily gestures that, if observed by everyone with responsibility, will contribute to a peaceful and safe stay.For convenience, we have divided the rules according to the area in which you can find yourself. As never before, unity is strenght. We are sure, united we win !
GENERAL RULES
In indoor Public Areas and in lifts always use the mask
Outdoors use the mask if the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter cannot be guaranteed
Avoid gatherings and respect the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter
Sanitize your hands often with hydroalcoholic solutions, also using the appropriate dispensers distributed inside the Residence
Use the lift only if necessary and, in this case, only with the occupants of the same apartment
Always wear shoes inside the Residence and do not walk shirtless
In order to communicate with the reception, use the telephone supplied as much as possible (dial 9)
use the shuttle bus service only if strictly necessary
Promptly inform the Reception in case of body temperature > 37,5 ° C
POOL ZONE, SUN TERRACE AND GREEN AREAS
Strictly comply with the instructions of the lifeguard
Maintain, for people not belonging to the same apartment, the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter, even inside the water
Do not move the sun-umbrellas or the sun-deckchairs, which have been positioned to guarantee the social distancing required by current legislation, and, in a day, occupy the same seats.
Always wear slippers and sanitize them daily
Have a thorough soapy shower before entering the pool
In the pool, always wear a bathing cap
Sanitize your hands often with hydroalcoholic solutions, also using the appropriate dispensers positioned at the entrances to the pool area
Avoid gatherings, even in the playground for children
Watch over your children carefully on compliance with the rules
RECEPTION & BAR
During check in, check out and/or requesting information, go to the reception desk one person at a time
Approach the bar counter one person at a time and possibly consume at the tables, or request a tray for consumption in the pool area or apartment
The cost of bar purchases will be charged to the apartment bill and paid on departure
APARTMENTS
Rooms have to be often aerated
On departure, put the folded linen inside the white bag provided and leave it in the livingroom
In order to avoid gatherings, the linen change on Friday can be made from 8.00 to 12.00

At each customer change the apartments are cleaned and sanitized using products in compliance with the current legislation on the prevention of the spread of Covid-19
The sanitization process of the apartments ends with a treatment of all surfaces through the atomization of hydrogen peroxide in a sealed environment

We have scheduled a daily plan for cleaning and sanitizing the common areas and the areas of greatest contact
In the pool area, the deckchairs are sanitized at each customer change. Every evening, complete sanitation of the swimming pool area and its equipment is planned
